Our family will always be grateful that we found this place for my grandmother. She spent nearly the last three years of her life here after her dementia progressed to the point where she was frequently wandering at home. It was an incredibly difficult decision for our family, but it ended up being the best possible place for her. From the moment she arrived, the staff welcomed her with open arms. It quickly became clear that she wasn’t just another resident. She was part of their family. The nurses and caregivers treated her with genuine kindness and compassion, and it meant everything to us knowing she was in such good hands. I am a physician, and I have seen many healthcare and long-term care facilities over the years. This is easily the nicest environments I have encountered. The facility is always clean, bright, and welcoming. My grandmother had her own private room which provided her with dignity and comfort, and the secure outdoor garden areas are wonderful because residents can enjoy fresh air without the risk of wandering. The staff also made sure residents stayed engaged and entertained. We loved receiving photos and updates from events and activities, whether it was themed celebrations, Olympic-style games, or even visits from entertainers like an Elvis impersonator. It was so reassuring to see her smiling and enjoying herself. Most importantly, she was treated with dignity and respect during the most vulnerable time of her life. In her final moments, the compassion shown by the staff meant so much to our family. It truly felt like they mourned her loss alongside us. This was more than a memory care facility. It became her home. We could not recommend this place more highly.
