Strabane Trails Village is an independent living community in Washington, Pennsylvania, managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network as part of UPMC Senior Communities. Located minutes from I-70 and Route 19 near the Racetrack Road retail district, the three-story community offers private, spacious studio, efficiency, one- and two-bedroom apartments available for monthly rent with no buy-in fee or long-term lease requirement.

The community provides restaurant-style meals prepared fresh daily with breakfast and supper buffets and extended hours, utilities and cable television included in rent, and facility managers on site around the clock seven days a week. Residents have access to a courtyard and outdoor walking trail, beautifully appointed private dining rooms for family gatherings, and proximity to state-of-the-art fitness facilities at Cameron Wellness Center of the Washington Hospital.

Strabane Trails Village offers daily activities, outings, and stimulating interest groups designed to encourage socializing and engagement.
