Not a great place, first night my father in-law was there they “misplaced” his medicine, that he was suppose to get every 4 hours. He went 12 without pain medication.
Also the first night there they didn’t bother to make sure the tv and remote were working correctly with each other so he went pretty close to 24 hours of wall staring bc his tv wasn’t working, and they also gave him a headset that didn’t even work. We went and bought him a tv remote and speaker so he could hear his tv and actually use it.

Each room has two residents separated with a curtain, the tvs are on opposite facing walls closer to the other resident. Meaning each resident could hear the other persons tv better than their own.

The care there was extremely slow usually, and seemed very disorganized. Some team members were amazing but others really lacked. A lot of the time it seemed they were caring for my father in law better the days we came in, but if we missed a day there were issues.

The resident next to my father in law poor guy was left in soiled depends for close to 30 minutes, and seemed like a gentleman who need full assistance, that wasn’t being given. And multiple nurses had been in and out of the room during this time while there a puddle of urine on the floor, that nobody bothered to care about. They only did something after I specifically came out and asked if anyone was going to help the gentleman.

During his stay there were multiple times I would have to clean his space as nobody would come and do it (other than trash), as he would spill something on accident and everything would be covered in juice, food, etc.

It was extremely stressful having my father in law there, as he was rarely receiving the care he needed.

We requested a transfer the 2nd day he was there, it seemed to slip through the cracks and not happen, I ended up having to re ask for a transfer and then was given one pretty close to immediate.

Worst week ever having my father in law here, glad he’s been transferred to another facility where he is now receiving proper care and a very clean facility.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
