Working with Home Care Assistance has been wonderful expereince . Gena was a compassionate professional who listened and helped me prepare for my husband's transition to home for a rehab after breaking his his and having surgery . She advised me about any equipment I would need and visited our home an advised on some furniture changes that would be helpful . I finally fels like I had support as I took responsibility for my husband's recuperation. Antonia was our at home aid who was amazing .She could encourage and supervise my husband to practice his PT moves to help improve his stability and mobility. Her joyful spirit was just as valuable as the may tasks she assisted with. Antonia was totally dedicated to my husband's safety and recovery. Her time in our home was helpful and enjoyable. Antonia was very motivational and helped my husband work hard to recover. We feel so fortunate that we had Gena and Antonia on out team as we faced these very challenging weeks.

We are so happy with Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington. Gena, client care manager, initially went to my mother's house and spent time learning about her and her needs. Then she sent Zenona (aka Z), a young woman who--I don't know exactly how she's doing it, but it's like my mom, who is 96+, has a new zip in her step. She is so much happier. It is such a relief to feel the solid support. Every day, my mom says, "Z is great!" They go for walks, have lunch, do PT exercises, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Plus, the agency is very well managed and efficient, good at communicating about scheduling, billing, you name it. If I could do a six-star rating, I would. Seven!
