The Residences at the Essex

The Residences at the Essex is an independent senior living community located in Essex Junction, Vermont, situated on the campus of the Essex Resort & Spa. Designed for sophisticated seniors 55 and up, the community offers resort-style accommodations in a residential setting with options for full-spectrum care services. The community opened in January 2020 and features only 27 luxury apartments, creating an exclusive lifestyle for a small group of residents.

The community provides a robust model of services and assistance, including full-time staff dedicated to coordinating home health care services and exclusive relationships with physical and occupational therapy providers for in-house PT and OT. Residents benefit from maintenance services such as snow plowing, shoveling, and general home maintenance, along with convenient under-building parking.

Amenities include access to a lap pool, outdoor pool, oversized hot tub, exercise equipment, tennis courts, and the area's only full-service, freestanding spa. Dining options feature meal plans at the Tavern for everyday meals and Junction for special occasion dinners, both located on the Essex Resort campus.
