The staff are a group of wonderful people. It’s understaffed though. I’m a vegetarian and have had to repeatedly send food back. Sometimes I feel like I’m being punished because I eat differently. Sometimes I just order a peanut butter sandwich.

I was in rehabilitation at Berlin Health and Rehabilitation from March 1 of this year until March 19th when I returned home. I had excellent care. The doctor and nurses gave me very good care. My physical therapists and occupational therapists were great. They challenged me everyday and encouraged me to do my daily exercises. They helped me to establish doable goals that made me feel good and kept my goals expanding as I did more work. The food we received was very good: tasty and nutritionally sound. Activities were varied, fun an enjoyable. I did not find anything that that would be considered negative. I would definitely pick Berlin Health and Rehabilitation if I ever needed recovery from another surgery. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

Worst place to send your loved one for rehab. My mother came out worst then when she went in. She was sent back to hospital and now fighting for her life . She needed oxygen and was never giving it. I complained and still she never got it. She was unable to feed herself and staff just placed food on tray and leave the room. They have a wire going to a switch to turn on call light and always found the wire on the floor so she couldn't call for help. She had bed sores from laying on urin soaked sheets.<br>This place should be shut down. It is real bad when a traveling Nurse even says this place is bad . There are nurses that do care and try their best, but small staff compared to residents .
