This organization was a godsend for our family. They were professional, delivered exactly what they said they would, were always easy to contact for last minute schedule changes and the providers were top notch. Highly recommended!

Hands at Home provided 7 day a week caregiver services in my home for my father, who is quite progressed in his Alzheimer's disease. His caregivers were kind, compassionate, reliable and good company for my Dad. Hands at Home schedulers were responsive and easily adaptable to a last minute change in my scheduling needs. They made a real effort to schedule just two regular caregivers to minimize stranger anxiety for my father, and those caregivers stepped up to cover each other as much as they were able. Billing was handled smoothly without issues, and we always knew what to expect. I hope I never need this service again, but if I do, I won't even think of calling anyone else. Hands at Home provided a weekend care giver for my father so he could attend my daughter's wedding. She was great - discreet, professional and engaging. We could not have asked for better assistance. She provided quality care, engaged him in conversation and activities. My father and our family are so grateful and pleased with the services they provided. I would recommend Hands at Home Care Services. I wish my father lived in Vermont so we could use their service for him full time.

Although we have been HaH clients for only one year, it was a very dramatic year. My parents, both in their 90's only began using in-home helpers in 2020, and we interviewed HaH in Dec 2019. We were very thankful that we made the choice, as our parents declined rapidly, and we needed to increase care service. From 8 hr per week, to 24/7 at the end of 2020. Hands at Home was extremely reliable, professional, and their staff was first rate, with caring and compassionate help when we needed it most. Kudos to Deanna and care givers Mat and Phil Brown, Chris, Christina and Laurel, and the whole team. We would have been lost without you.

I switched to Hands at home after a few weeks of awful service from another at home care service. These people are very professional they come work the hours scheduled. The people who worked at my house were very nice and normal people some working there way through college. Never had a bad experience with any aspect of their services.
