My mom has dementia and we are living with her. After 4 + years; We found ourselves needing some time to ourselves. I made some calls to different places. I spoke with Kaysie at Tender Loving Home Care. She was so easy to talk to, asked us questions, listened to our needs, and helped us through the process. All of our questions were answered with kindness and respect. Kaysie and the office staff are always pleasant and helpful. There are 3 people that have worked with my mom; Tara, Amanda and Linda. My mom is always happy to see them. They treat my mom with compassion, and love. My mom has had Home Health come in and given her exercise, the staff from Tender Loving Home Care always follow through with her plan. They talk with my mom, hold her hand when she is upset ( she is very emotional right now). Tara has baked with her, celebrated her birthday, looks at cook books and garden books...my mom use to be very active with gardening and baking. Amanda and Linda have heard long stories that are repeated often and act as if it was the first time they have heard them. They all sit on the deck with her (favorite place) and chat. When staff arrive they ask about her night, keep notes throughout the day of everything they and my mom have done. We always get a report before they leave and have a notebook to look at if we need reminders. I know my mom is happy and safe with all of her caregivers. Quotes from my mom: "everyone is so nice to me" , " They make me really good lunches", " when are my friends coming back?" My husband and I are extremely happy with Tender Loving Home Care and cannot Thank them enough .

My family has experienced professionals working so hard for this company. They deserve even more stars than 5. When my family needed someone the most the owner herself stepped in and helped. The staff was amazing at helping not only my ailing family member but the entire family, we will always be grateful to everyone there. You made a world of difference when we needed you the most. I utilized this companies services for my aunt recently. I was disgusted at the lack of professionalism of this office. The caregiver tried her best, however when she had any issues and tried to reach out to the office there was a lack of communication, the owner would even refuse to speak to her. I made an effort to go to the office to speak to them myself regarding issues, however I was meet with a very disheveled man sitting on the steps non stop smoking cigarettes, not being looked after, what appeared to be construction workers with glassy eyes, slurring words( made me question if they were on some kind of substance). The office appeared messy, with a strong unpleasant odor, a door open with what appeared to be an unreasonable amount of food and other products visable. The office staff including the owner were completely unpleasant, and not helpful. All of this combined made my mind up to change companies. My Aunt is now being cared for by an amazing company with great communication, and follow through and I couldn’t be happier.

Rosalyn and her crew have been phenomenal. She is one of the fastest growing home care entities and has shown a dedication to her clients not seen in this money driven world. Rosalyn herself will address, adjust and help each client to get the best available care they can deliver.
