I have spent time at Plaza West. Received OT and PG. One day was three weeks another day was three weeks and the third day I think was two weeks I happen to be on the second floor. The staffing was tremendous. They couldn’t have been more helpful and then able me to return to a normal life at Fredom Plaza. I cannot say enough good things about the people that worked at three shifts. They are professional. They are friendly and they are always there when you need them. I would recommend Plaza West to anyone I know thank you all of you Mike Anderson.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5‑Star Review My mother was admitted to this facility on August 5th and remained in their care until her passing on 11/11/25. During that entire time, she was cared for with exceptional professionalism and compassion by Christina the RN Manager. Christina made sure my mother received everything she needed, and she kept me informed every single day about her physical and mental condition, along with thoughtful recommendations to support her comfort and well‑being. I am deeply grateful for the care, attention, and kindness she provided to my mother. Christina’s dedication brought our family peace during a very difficult time. Thank you for the outstanding care — truly a 5‑star experience.

My mom has been a resident at Plaza West for the past three years. The care she receives daily is exceptional. Every department that is involved in her care is professional and caring. They meet her daily needs, medically, socially and emotionally. My mom enjoys all the activities they provide. Utmost, the nursing staff are always on top of any issues that may arise in a very timely manner. They keep in close contact, notifying me of any changes. My mom recently turned 101 years young, I contribute her longevity to genetics, her mental outlook and finding purpose. I believe the consistent great care she receives plays a great part in her amazing age. Much gratitude to all staff , Faith Newland

I can’t say enough about Plaza West In Sun City Center!!! My dad is terminal with stage four cancer that has spread. We’ve needed a caring place to could take care of his needs for which they have gone above and beyond. From the beginning with meeting with Beverly and the admission team, (Melissa & Melissa T), the nurses, the doctors, the LPN‘s and the. rehab team. They have all been fantastic.!! My dad started on the first floor in rehab and needed to shift to Long Term Care to the second floor This has been a very difficult time for my family and myself. I know our dad is in a place that truly cares about their patients, especially on the second floor!! Special thanks to Christine, Bebe, Matthew, Lisa , Annette, Nancy. Cece, Earl Alex, Lupe And so many more!!
