The caregivers are always respectful to the residents and make them feel safe. The administration is companionate and caring. They try to see situations from the residence point of view, and from the place of keeping everyone safe. The activities ladies try to find things that are engaging, and it will be available to a variety of different levels of need or Ability. The servers in the dining room know all the names of all the residents and say hello to them by Name,.

The staff is dedicated, compassionate, and attentive to my mom’s needs. The facility is clean, secure, and has a wonderful, warm atmosphere. It gives our family complete peace of mind knowing she is so well cared for here.

My dad had to move to Pioneer Village unexpectedly from Arizona, and the entire staff made his transition as smooth as possible. From the very beginning, everyone knew his name and went out of their way to make him feel welcome.<br>He was very reluctant to move into what he called an “old folks home,” but the caring staff, beautiful facilities, and wonderful location helped him quickly feel at home. The balance of support and independence has been exactly what he needed.<br>He has required some extra assistance with medications and even help walking his dog, yet he still feels independent and in control of his daily life. That has meant a great deal to both him and our family.<br>I highly recommend Pioneer Village to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and comfortable community for themselves or a loved one. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism of everyone there.

As a local Realtor for the last 22+ years I am touring Senior Communities in Southern OR. as some of our clients are needing/moving into them. We just want to get a feel of all of them. Pioneer Village was very warm and inviting. Everyone in the dining room said their meal was delicious. We did not get a tour of the apartments yet. We are going back soon to have lunch with Molly the sales director for a full tour. I did love the "Our Veterans" wall and little library area. Thank you!
