Best Experience At Kinsington Oak Grove with our Dad. From the very beginning you are treated with respect and like Family during this difficult time. I cannot say enough about the Administration and staff. I honestly did not expect to be treated other than business is business but instead and surprisingly we were treated with the utmost respect. Our Dad was a rarity in that he was able to go back home and we attribute his speedy recovery to the great meals and nourishment as well as over the top staffing. Shout out to Coco as I was there one evening and saw how exceptionally well She was dealing with the residents.<br>Overall very clean and tidy/caring staff and Administration/Food is great and they even encourage family members to eat when they visit. The meals that had were quite good- kudos to Kinsington kitchen crew.<br>Should our Dad be in need again of a Memory Care Facility we will look no further than Kinsington as it does not get any better.

We placed our father at Kinsington Oak Grove. It was a great experience with the whole facility. The staff are wonderful and I would like to give a shout out to the administration staff,Frank,Christina and Kerry were awesome. I ate lunch with my father on a few occasions and the food was really good. I can't say how accommodating the whole establishment was. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

Mom spent 10 months at Kinsington, and we are so grateful for the good care she received there. It's always a little scary to have to look for outside help for a loved one, and it's natural to worry and wonder if they will be treated with kindness and professionalism, so it was with great relief that we watched staff and other residents as they interacted with Mom. Staff were warm and caring, and we had great communication about Mom's evolving Alzheimer's needs and how best to meet them. The camaraderie among the residents was quite touching, and I'm so glad Mom was in such a caring environment even right up to the very end. Thank you so much for all of your help in navigating the final stages of Mom's Alzheimer's journey and for making our family feel like we were not alone in all of this. And thank you for everything you did to make her final days peaceful and comfortable--it means so much.

Wonderful facility with caring and attentive staff. The environment is clean, safe, and well-organized. Residents are treated with respect and dignity. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality memory care.
