One of the worse companies I ever worked for. Had clients telling me horror stories about this company but I tried to mind my business. One client had a caregiver steal their car for three days and then use their credit card for her own use. Apparently nothing was done about that so my clients were forced to get cops involved. If you miss one day they pull you from your client and then tell your client they don’t have anyone else for them even though you only said you wouldn’t be there for that day. So then the client goes days sometimes weeks without a caregiver. You can never get ahold of anyone in the office and when you do you get feed a bunch of lies. They refused to get me my 1099 and forced me to call and wait on hold for hours with some website bc they refused to help or even send my 1099 through the mail like I had requested when I started working there. They took upon themselves to also change my address in their file and try to send that 1099 to the wrong place. This company is beyond a joke and you can tell the good reviews from the last 5months were friends with someone in the office.

Based on two referrals, we chose Pinnacle In Home Care for our stroke survivor family member. The interview was thorough as we outlined our main priority for her periodic care (her husband and I provide primary care). Given her mobility status, we emphasized the need for the aid to assist with the physical work of tranfering to and from the wheelchair. We were excited to hear that during any down time, the aid would also assist with light housekeeping. Though a bonus, our priority was the relief from the physical demands of transfers. Our expectations were not met on either of the two occasions we engaged Pinnacle. This was particularly frustrating the 2nd time as we over-emphasized the transfer and mobility assist need. While the aids that did come were pleasant and helpful with house-related work, our objective was not met. If you are looking for mobility assist and transfer, it would seem, at this writing, that Pinnacle In Home Care does not offer that service. We have engaged another in-home care company that does provide the transfer and mobility services we need as our loved one regains full function.
