Not happy with ER. They put my sister in the hallway and she was there the whole time. Never got to a ER room. She was in bad shape and being left in a hallway just increased her anxiety.

I would give it zero stars if I could. It smells terrible. Everything is old and worn. Takes an hour or more for anyone to come help. In for rehab and in a week got no pt. We finally got my mother moved..

Visited the facility on 2/4/26. All staff were courteous and respectful. Patients and residents were observed outside their rooms engaging with workers and other peers. Common and welcome areas were also clena and tidy.

My family member was cared for almost 2 months at this facility. This was the 4th rehab center we have experienced in the greater Charlotte area. The 4 rating is based on the friendliness of the staff and care that the physical therapists and CNAs provided. In these areas, Pineville is very strong. The facility is also very clean and my relative had a spacious room. While the facility is not updated from a physical standpoint, and I believe they have a bit of a ventilation issue because there are sometimes odors when walking in the treatment area, the staff’s care and friendliness makes this a place I would recommend. I would love the leadership to invest in some paint and other basic physical upgrades. However, in selecting a rehab facility, I would recommend looking at the staff ratings as, in my experience, how friendly and caring the staff is, can make a big difference in patient and family experience.

As others have stated DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. The day my parent arrived the nurses dropped them because they didn’t want to walk to the end of the hall to grab the lift, even though we stated my parent was heavy. There was no empathy or sympathy shown and one of the nurses stated that she was just an agency nurse, that her permanent job was at the hospital and she was just covering when they had a no show nurse at this facility. I scrambled that night to get my parent out of there and luckily was able to get a transfer set up to another clinic. The two days my parent was there they never provided a rail on the bed so they could lift themselves. Every time they needed a diaper change it took forever for an aide to come. I could hear other patients asking for help down the hall and saw the nurses ignoring them. I do not understand how this clinic is still open? The hallways have a strong smell probably because patients are left soiled for hours. My parent saw a couple of roaches in there and compared this facility to Alcatraz. I feel so bad for the patients there that do not have someone advocating for them. There is an obvious lack of staff and care at this clinic.
