I would like to give a huge shout out to the nursing staff, CNA staff, activities staff, and the Therapy team they were all the best. I have been to other rehabs with my mom. I saw how things were run. This time it was me that was in rehab. Not able to walk, having to relearn once again. They all took extra care of me and others in the rehab. Tammy CNA came in on her day off to give me a shower because she promised. Therapy department worked with me with a smile and great encouragement. Nursing answered questions I had about my meds. The activities people made sure to invite me to things happening that day plius gave us stuff to do while in our rooms. I would and have recommended this rehab to anyone that needed one. They are like a big family and treat you like one too. Thank you to you all for your caring service. Hope to see you sometime in July with my friend coming there.

Keep your loved ones far away from here!! My mom has been sick for years in and out of hospitals and physical rehabs. Only one other time did she ever have an issue with a place. But This place was scary. Most of nurses were kind but you could tell they didn't have much to work with. Administration or owners should be ashamed. They tried to keep my mom well I shouldn't say tried they did keep her for 4 days after the doctors had already released her!! She is fully insured and asked for them to call the transport to go home multiple times. But they refused telling her she wasn't allowed to leave yet. Sedrick (I don't usually drop names but this man people need to watch out for) he is the social worker that was "trying so hard to get my mom home for Easter Sunday" (which was a lie) finally I had to show up insisting they open the doors let me in and let her leave(fl.Ss.400.022) at that time my mom is on the phone finding out SHE HAD ALREADY BEEN RELEASED ON WEDNESDAY 4 days earlier! One nurse was fired for making more than one patron cry telling them well if they didn't like the way he did things he wouldn't return to their room and they could just die! I would give 0 stars if I could. They didn't bring my mom he medicine when she was supposed to have it, they brought here expired food for breakfast, the food menu would say milk for breakfast or green beans for dinner and those items were never served and not available. Seriously if you have loved ones here plz pay close attention to their care.
