I have lived in Pines Acres for a little over a year. When I came here I was bedridden. The physical and occupational therapy I have received helped me to regain strength in my legs so I can walk with a walker again. My room is clean due to Tiffany and crew. The activity dept has plenty of things for us to do. The aides and nurses really care about me and all the residents. We are like family here!

This place is horrible! The nurses do NOT do their job! This place smells like urine & vomit! In fact I took pictures of puke that had been on the floor for several days! Bedding doesn’t get changed every day, call lights do not get answered in a timely manner, rooms are not being cleaned so I’m not sure why they have house keeping. Food is disgusting & cold when they get it! Some residents don’t get their meals. Seems to me that the staff does not care about the residents in fact seems as if they are waiting for them to die! Pine acres needs to be condemned! I wouldn’t put my dog in that place let alone a loved one!

The camera to log in works well. I was a little disappointed in the lunch they served. Macaroni & no cheese or if there was, no one could taste it.

0-5 stars ⭐️<br><br>Terrible facility. The staff and quality of care continue to get worse. Management hires family members, even individuals who are on probation. No one answers the phones or returns calls. The administrator is rude and unprofessional.
