Grand Living at Tower Place is a beautiful place to live and work. You enter the building to a friendly greeting by the concierge staff- Linda, Lynn, Heather, Rhonda and Michelle, 10/10. They go above and beyond for the residents. The food is delicious. Chef Chris puts out meals that are outstanding. The activities that Jenna, Hillary and Hanna do for the residents are creative, well planned out and fun. The Director of fitness Logan has group classes to one on one training , all geared to help you gain strength and to feel great. The director of nursing,Angela P. and her staff show great care towards the residents . Bravo to Angela the executive director, she is a kind, compassionate person that cares deeply about the residents and her staff. If you get a chance stop by and meet with Katie and Tenea, tour the beautiful building, and see
what the excitement is all about.

Grand Living is a wonderful place with caring staff. My mom has lived in the memory care unit for two years and the unit is safe, clean, and staffed by great caregivers. Staff programs the days with wonderful activities. The larger facility feels like an upscale apartment building, not senior living.

Our family was looking for a memory care facility for our Mom.. We toured several places, but when we walked into Grand Living, we knew that it was the place for her! It is absolutely beautiful and grand, but what we discovered, is that the people are beautiful and grand too! This includes the staff AND the other residents!

It brought me such joy to have so many people say hello to Mom every time I pushed her through the hallways. People were so friendly to her and it brought a smile to her face.

She was able to participate in such a wide variety of activities. Mom loved the swimming each week. Another favorite memory was when the guest singer was singing so many of her favorite songs. She love it!!

Mom enjoyed the meals, and it warmed my heart to see that the residents were treated so respectfully, all the way to the linen napkins.

The caregivers truly cared for Mom. She trusted them and they provided the necessary care with the dignity she deserved.

Her room was clean and secure. We felt comfortable bringing any concerns to the leaders and received timely responses.

During my Mom’s decline and eventual passing, the entire staff was AMAZING!! They treated all of us like royalty and provided Mom with such warmth and dignity.

Mom lived at Grand Living for 3 years. I would definitely give it my highest recommendation!

Our family was a part of the Grand Living at Tower Place community for 3 years while our mother was living there with advanced dementia. I remember being nervous during the first visit, but was instantly put at ease as I entered the doors. It wasn’t a typical “facility”. It was a grand, beautiful, welcoming HOME. Workers, residents, and visitors were all kind and added to the comforting atmosphere.
Some of my favorite memories with Mom at Grand Living included eating amazing food in the dining room. We felt like we were out to eat in a fancy restaurant and the food was top-notch. Our favorite was the prime rib, but Mom also looked forward to the decadent desserts. We were always treated like royalty.
The caregivers, in my opinion, have one of the most difficult jobs I could ever imagine. With dementia, there can be some hard days, but they handled it professionally and always treated Mom with dignity. I was in awe of the way they connected with her throughout the 3 years. They had sweet nicknames for her and knew what brought her joy. Our family will forever be grateful that Grand Living was where our mother could spend her final years. Knowing she was loved, cared for, and treated with respect made watching our mom battle this horrible disease a little bit more bearable.
Thank you to everyone at Grand Living!

If I could give Grand Living at Tower Place a galaxy of stars, I would.

As a daughter, entrusting your mother to someone else's care is one of the hardest things you'll ever do. Looking back now, I am overwhelmed with gratitude that my mom was able to spend the last years of her life at Grand Living. It wasn't just where she lived—it became her home, and the people there became our family.

The building itself is stunning. It feels more like a luxury cruise ship or an elegant Paris hotel than a memory care community. But as beautiful as it is, the people inside are what make it extraordinary.

Every single person treated my mother with dignity, kindness, patience, and genuine love. Their compassion went far beyond any job description.

I'll never forget Dennis from maintenance asking my mom, who was living with advanced dementia, if she would help him plant and water flowers. He patiently guided her through every step, making her feel needed and successful. It wasn't about planting flowers—it was about preserving her dignity and giving her joy. That is the kind of person Dennis is. During Mom's final days, his wife (a caregiver at GL) sat for hours with our family while hospice worked to keep Mom comfortable. That kind of compassion simply cannot be taught.

Angie and Lora were always there whenever we had a question or concern. They responded immediately, always with empathy, wisdom, and reassurance. They made us feel heard and supported every step of the way.

The caregivers loved my mom so sincerely that it was evident in every smile, every hug, every gentle interaction. One moment I'll treasure forever happened after my mom passed away late one evening. Janet came back to the community just to say goodbye to her. That speaks volumes about the relationships these caregivers build with the people they serve.

I could fill pages with stories of extraordinary kindness, laughter, compassion, and love. Grand Living didn't simply care for my mother—they cared for our entire family through one of life's most difficult journeys.

Although my mom is no longer here, I know I will continue finding reasons to visit because these incredible people have become part of my life. They are family now.

If you are searching for assisted living/memory care for someone you love, please know this: your loved one will be cared for with exceptional skill, unwavering compassion, and genuine love. There is no greater gift a family can receive.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Grand Living at Tower Place. We will be forever grateful.
