My mom lived here for at least ten years. All the residents she talked to had the same opinion as her; no one cares about the tenants or the building here. The ownership and management are shameful. You can report something is broken, something relatively simple like a leaky faucet, and it will take months to get fixed. When my mom needed her air-conditioning unit cleaned out, they came in and sprayed the thing with such carelessness, they ended up spraying black moldy water all over her bedroom. If you want to get ahold of management, it's nearly impossible. None of the residents I've talked to here have anything good to say about the place. I hope the slum lords who own and "manage" this place have trouble sleeping at night.
