Nice, affordable and quiet. We love the location and enjoy Mason City, definitely a good place to rent!

Prilgrim Place states a place for mom which is not true. My mom has been having problems with a neighbor who comes and knocks on her door at weird hours of the night, such as 12:30 a.m. knocking loud and yelling at my mom about killing her granddaughter and holding her against her will. We had the filed complaints with the apartment management and there’s nothing they can do to this person. There’s been a total of 6 incidents even had the police called in all they is take a report there’s nothing they can do on their. The last time there was an incident another neighbor came out to help my mom they got hurt falling over their walker. This apartment building is a far cry from being a mom’s place. Please take the time to read this before renting from Prilgrim Place.
