My grandmother was relocated to Heritage in January 2015 and within a few weeks moved into a Hospice Suite. The hospice care that she was provided was outstanding in the final days of her life. What I found to be unacceptable and extremely disturbing was the lack of attention, compassion and human decency that was exhibited by the Heritage aide during the final moments when my grandmother passed. I am shocked that someone working at this facility would be that rude, crass and uncaring. A formal letter of complaint is being drafted to be sent to the administrator as well as to the parent company of this facility. I would not recommend this facility.
