Our family can’t say enough positive and good things about the staff and our experience at IOOF Home. From the executive director through every staff member they have built a culture of caring and compassion that they all generously share with the residents. Our mom was cared for at IOOF for two years and we would highly recommend it for any family looking for skilled nursing care. We are grateful for the care she received, you all are amazing people.

Absolutely horrific experience with the leader of the facility - he acted out as a bully as opposed to a caregiver, in my family’s time of making tough decisions he was more concerned with finances and showed no empathy with the situation. Anyone who works in the industry knows the family should come first and getting our loved ones in for care. I absolutely understand that this facility is also a business but that is secondary to dealing with loved ones. His conduct was that of a teenager as opposed to a professional. Namely by hanging up on a family member and stating “ we cannot help you” I do hope he does not reflect the staff he oversees. My last 3 experience with nursing homes did not end up like this one. My mother’s care and comfort were priority.

My mother has been there since December of 2019 and has received the best of care. The nurses have all been very kind and concerned about her. We receive updates from staff by phone and text. They make sure she's bathed and presentable. All the staff that we have encountered is friendly and helpful when we have had questions.
