Homestead was a caring and quality environment for my dad. I felt that the staff were thoughtful and attentive to my dad. The staff and administration were always happy to answer questions and try to provide solutions if I had any concerns. I highly recommend Homestead Assisted Living.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Homestead Assisted Living of Mason City. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and sense of community. The first few months were good.. until I found out they are way under staffed to handle anything! Then to call the ambulance on my father who has dementia 3x in a day and a half because they have no clue how to help him then to call me and threaten that if they had to call the ambulance again they would do an emergency eviction with nowhere for him to go.. don’t take your LO here!! Susan who runs the place needs a life check.. you advertise you do memory care.. far from it!!
