My mom lived there for a year. As her rent was going up considerably, and she was on a fixed budget, we had to move her out! She LOVED the residents, but there was always a turn over with administrators, and she had issues with some maintenance issues! She misses her friends, but was glad to move out!

I moved my dad in over a week ago and can’t say enough of how happy I am to have found The Phoenix. The staff is wonderful and my dad is settling in great! Other families have told me of how happy they are with them as well during my visits. Thankful and blessed to have forbid my dad the right home.

The compassion, care, knowledge and kindness of the leadership team at this facility is second to none. Lateesha met me very last minute, early on a Saturday morning, and toured the facility with me and answered my endless questions. I never felt any pressure, only concern that I do what was best for my parents. Highly recommend.
