Great over 55 neighborhood. Have lived here for 3 years. I researched many 55 neighborhoods and am very happy with my choice. There is an active Home Owners Association. The HOA has dedicated volunteers who spend many hours ensuring our neighborhood is welcoming , with different activities for everyone. An additional benefit is a local Handyman who is always available to help with small to large projects. Most of us have small dogs which is a great way to meet neighbors.
