Is the best place for old people. However you must have money to pay monthly. Apartments are nice. In eat floor you have a place to put the trash. A little door you can throw out and it goes down. Also several activity for old people if you want of course. Easy way and entrance for 911 and rescue. Laundry, you also can wash your clothes. Air condition during all day. At 5:00 p.m. they always ask to the old people if they are okay through microphone. They have also a library. They have a bell for fire protection safety. And if you are approved by an interview you can stay few days with your old family. So is nice.

It was a true blessing to receive the call offering me an apartment at Philip Benjamin Tower. I was at a desperate transition time in my life and Ms. LaLa made me feel most welcome and comfortable with the move-in process. I couldn't be more happy to be here!

I had experienced the wrath and aftermath of Hurricane Helene in Florida. It left me shell-shocked and uncertain about many things. I finally found permanent residency at Philip Benjamin Tower, where I was greeted by LaLa Thomas. She eased any anxiety I felt as she calmly took me through the process of moving in. Her professionalism was top notch. But it was her pleasant and reassuring manner that shone light into a difficult time. To this day she continues to combine professionalism with kindness. All the staff are equally efficient and pleasant. Maintenance requests are handled immediately and always with a smile. Things around here run smoothly.

My experience with coming to live at Phillip Benjamin Towers was the best. LaLa Thomas, assistant manager was so wonderful to work with to get into my new apartment.She is so professional yet very warm and welcoming. She is true asset to PBT Denise Margeson Apt 1412
