Very well trained staff who knows the meaning of what mental illness is! Never had experience with staff yelling shutting us up. Always kind supportive with empathy. Always prepared for incidents and crisis. The whole time I was there staff would always check in with clients end of the day and ask about goals weekly. They would always let me know med info if there's a change with print out information. Very professional and sanitary place. They always make sure the room gets cleaned sanitized and carpet cleaned and always provide new mattresses and bedding for new clients. Always. These people will go way more than miles for who they serve. Kudos people inc!!!

Very tolerant staff that were more patient than they had every right to be. They deserve all the praise and awards for going above and beyond with their overall excellence. Highly recommended for safe short term housing with a focus on medical assistance, and it’s close to parks, bowling, and pizza! You’d be nuts to not want to hang here.
