This has been the worst rehab facility to work with and communicate with. The communication I did receive was only after calling daily for updates and I would receive a call back after 4-5 days of leaving messages. The information or updates I would finally receive were not accurate or correct. It took showing up when the onsite provider was visiting to get the correct information. The resident in their care was also diabetic and Edenbrook had not checked her blood sugar since she had arrived. The resident had reported this to me after week 3. Very poor nursing care! Social workers were very poor at giving correct and accurate information. I can’t wait to see the generic responses I get from this incredibly poor review. This is not a good place to send your loved one for good care.

I would give this place negative stars if I can. Never go here. Trash, gloves etc. on the floor. Wrong medications and wrong dosage given. My mother-in-law is now in the hospital ICU and are working to counteract what Edenbrook did. This place should be shut down.

Absolutely horrible! Do not send your loved ones here. My father was admitted here and hasn’t even been a couple hours and were actively trying to get him out. Right away he was set into a chair and basically forgotten about. He cannot walk at the moment and was not given a wheelchair. No rails on his bed, was not given help for the bathroom for over 45 minutes, etc. The “nurse” staff were awful, if even qualified. This place is a JOKE.

I could not have been more pleased with the care, professionalism, courtesy, respect of the entire staff. Medical staff was exceptional and had done their background research and were very informed and listened carefully to my concerns & needs. Yes the facility is old, but kept clean and food was very good. I came here for the Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy after a 2 week stay in the hospital. They too were exceptional and I was hoping to stay longer for more treatments but Insurance denied my stay. I would have stayed longer. I enjoyed visiting with all who assisted me in my care. I would definitely recommend.
