Pensdale Senior Apartments II

Pensdale Senior Apartments II is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors ages 62 and older located in Northwest Philadelphia's Roxborough neighborhood, adjacent to Pensdale Apartments. The community offers 38 one-bedroom apartments designed with energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

The property features a medical screening room for visiting doctors and health care workers, supporting residents' access to health services. The community is situated close to Kendrick Recreation Center on Ridge Avenue, the area's main thoroughfare, providing convenient proximity to neighborhood resources and recreation.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are welcome. Pet registration, inoculation, sanitary waste disposal, and restraint guidelines are outlined in the lease to maintain a safe living environment for all residents and their neighbors. Assistance animal owners are not subject to pet rules, though they remain responsible for the animal's care and proper waste disposal.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the property. Residents must sign a non-smoking agreement and ensure that they and their guests smoke only in those designated areas.
