The room was a bit cozy, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s sleep and a quick shower. The restaurant menu is small, but the prices are fair. Service was top-notch all around! Parking is a bit pricey, but having curbside valet makes it super convenient. We'd definitely recommend it as a great place to stay

I've stayed at plenty of hotels, but Quinton at Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square is operating on an entirely different level. The professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care he shows guests are exactly what every hotel wishes they could bottle and teach.

Quinton didn't just provide customer service, he created an exceptional experience. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, proactive, and made every interaction effortless. Problems disappeared before they became problems, questions were answered before they were asked, and he handled everything with confidence and a great attitude.

Quite frankly, if Quinton isn't already in management, someone is missing a huge opportunity. Employees like him don't just represent a hotel, they elevate its entire reputation.

Not bad. The room was excellent. The staff, especially housekeeping, could use some work. Zoey at the front desk was great & very friendly.

I stayed in the penthouse & slept like a baby; I asked the staff if they could open the windows for me because of my allergy to their cleaning chemicals, & the staff made an exception. Would I stay again? Yeah, when I visit Philly, I'll probably book the same room. The walls were pretty thick, so I didn't hear much from other guests, which was nice compared to the other hotels in the neighborhood. The location is decent, too.

Fantastic location, clean rooms, daily housekeeping. WiFi is spotty and often unable to support in-room streaming services.
