This place is terrible, I would rather be in jail, the telephones are out we are cut off from the outside world, the food is bad I don't think there are any aides, if there was a fire we would all die! It has been the worst experience of my life.

My mother was admitted on April 7th and the experience was deeply concerning. When I arrived around 6:00 PM, she had not been properly fed — she was offered only half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. When I went to the nurses' station to update her medical history, the nurse was overwhelmed and dismissive. She acknowledged she was the only nurse on the floor managing 25 patients while handling medications and counts. There was also a lack of clarity around my mother's care plan — she was placed on a skilled floor when she was supposed to be admitted for long-term care. The staff shortage and lack of communication are serious issues that directly impact patient safety and dignity. The next day I called the facility several times no one answered the phone. That definitely was a sign that this facility has some issues regardless of these reviews and stars that I see. Furthermore, when my mother was transferred to another facility, the next day, she was soiled, which is a violation of state health Standards of dignity. They also kept personal property. Medication the hospital sent to treat her wounds were kept her personal blanket was kept. Facility is chronically understaffed . On a positive note the two aids were wonderful.

I was at Divine rehabilitation as I was just recovering from knee replacement surgery. I did my physical therapy there along with occupational therapy. I was there for 20 days and the staff was just amazing. They go above and beyond expectations. I definitely would recommend this facility to anyone that needs short-term care or long-term care. Thank you Divine-Pearlview That was your Caring staff and trained Physical Therapy and occupational therapist. I was able to surpass my goals of being able to go home with no walker and no cane and be able to walk again. That was the best experience that I could ever have.

I was there recently after a stroke. Outdated, not very clean facility, worn out equipment. Staff - some were helpful, some indeferent. Food mostly terrible. Physical therapy was good, but not sufficient. When I called for help fastest response was 25 minutes, longest 1hour and 25 min. I discharged myself after 2 weeks. I would not recommend this facility.
