The staff have been nothing short of wonderful. I have seen how this facility cares for the residents in ALL stages ..skilled stay until their passing. They are empathetic, listeners, and overall present. A loved one recently passed and the staff made sure our person was comfortable as well as accommodating for us. I highly recommend!

I recently contacted Willowood as my father had fallen and required skilled nursing……and I had no idea what to do! Immediately, Julie Myers put me at ease, once she heard my story. She then connected me with Regan Holliday, who was incredibly patient and kind and thoroughly answered all my questions! It is hard to describe just how much both of these lovely ladies helped me on that very difficult day! I will be forever grateful!!

I felt I received good nursing care and therapy. Everyone was kind and helpful and my call light was always answered very quickly! My only complaint would be the food, but I thought the rest of the experience was positive enough to warrant 5 stars. Thank you to the staff there.
