Peace Memorial Manor is an independent living community in Downers Grove, Illinois, a southwestern suburb of Chicago. The community consists of 149 apartments designed for elderly residents able to care for themselves.

The community features two large atriums where residents gather for activities, games, exercise classes, and group projects. On-site amenities include a small food market and beauty shop. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and medical care facilities are nearby, and public transportation options are available for residents.

Peace Memorial Manor offers several resident engagement programs. Social activities include card and board games as well as outdoor games like bean bag baseball and Connect 4. The "Leaving My Legacy" program assists residents in sharing their stories and writing down their feelings, partnered with a photographer to create lasting memories. Residents also participate in creating encouragement cards for hospice patients, veterans, and local hospitals.
