My mother lives at peace memorial. She has been their for a long time and has seen many changes in management. She is very disappointed in the newest manager, d.r. Since Autumn left, peace has done a downhill turn and looks like the slums from the inside. Elevator doesn't work now for several months, rooms are leaking everywhere in the building, the east atrium floods all the time and mold is growing everywhere, carpet stains everywhere, the public bathroom flooded, walls are all scuffed up, the a/c doesn't work and who knows if it will ever get fixed, the laundry room is a mess, the stairwells are filthy, the tables and chairs never get cleaned, the windows are all smugged up, their is dust everywhere. The manager is awful and she does not care about the seniors who live here. She is a very snooty person and hard to approach.

Moved here from OBT towers 6 years ago after the deceased of my husband and I’m very pleased of the amenities of the facility and my friendship of several residents . I missed Rose the former manager, but Daniela is doing a good job. I hate that they deleted in the monthly bulletin the names of new arrivals. I’m a retired college instructor and travel advisor. I really like to great people with their names.

Since Daniela has taken over her management position, residents feel that she has taken on too much and is too immature for her position. She is carrying on like the manager previous to her, and tenants are complaining. Daniela has lost site of why Peace residents wanted her to become manager in the first place. We have people that are filing fabricated complaints and believing their side of what took place. I used to like living here, but now it's getting to be a disaster.

I’m going to be moving in soon and I just can’t say enough about Daniela & Marilyn. They are so professional but they also genuinely care about your needs. I’m disabled I know Peace Memorial Manor will be my forever home. It’s beautiful and I’ve been there 3 times, twice I ran into different residents that said “you’re going to love it here”. There is a waiting list but it’s well worth waiting for!

I really like living here. Most of the community people are good. Apartments are remodeled. But, from what I heard, Peace Memorial Manor used to have nice parties for the residents and people would come out to the atriums to talk. I have not seen that happening since I moved in. So, I feel that their is room for improvement. I do love the management team ... Autumn, Daniela, and Janet! They are all really great!
