Advice to you ... apply elsewhere! Here at Immanuel Residences, it is managed very poorly. The manager, Jackie, does not address the issues of the residents. I have had ongoing issues, reported them to Jackie, and what did she do? She made things worse for me. When I applied here for a place to live, Jackie put on a smile and fake attitude to get me to sign a lease. It was a very short time after I moved in, then I started to find out who the real Jackie was. Not one tenant had anything nice to say about Jackie. Everyone complains about how everything is mismanaged. I hear horror stories about what a disaster the recent building remodel was. The fire alarm goes off about once a month. We had a fire on the 4th floor. Their is no evacuation plan set for when fires occur. Oh, and when I go to see Jackie to talk to her, she is either at lunch or went home early, which happens frequently. These events are just a tip of the ice berg, but the most important to share with the public.
