Be careful. I went to purchase a cpap because a friend told me this place was great. So I got the machine and got set up. I asked them specifically about when I would get billed. "Oh they'll show up." Four months later I got my first bill. Normal bill. However the next bill I got was for six hundred dollars. They backdated it all the way to when I first got my equipment. Very nasty thing to do. I didnt have the 600. And I won't anytime soon. I have called them several times and it takes several days to a week to hear back. The initial process took almost five months. They weren't even able to contact my doctor. It took me a week. At a place that has to schedule months in advance. No effort was made whatsoever.

Top notch place when they were dealing with my chemotherapy attachments. I wanted to go there again once I was recommended palliative care because of the great experience I had with the nurse during chemo. Unfortunately, it was a complete 180 when I dealt with the palliative care team. After a few months the phone calls we scheduled started not happening, and the appointments also went from every two weeks to... over a month, and then none because the scheduling never quite got figured out on their end. The more I think about it, the more it feels like this was a scam that I was led into. the initial meeting was great and nice, but the service degraded quickly and entirely to the point of no calls, other than a sporadic call to make sure my insurance had not recently changed (renewal season). it had not. I canceled care with them because they were no longer calling and I was not being scheduled for appointments anymore, so I don't think they probably needed my insurance information any further. another reason I called to canceled with them in person was so that I don't have to worry if they are still charging my insurance for phone calls and appointments that aren't happening, when they claim they are. After the experience I have had with them, this was a genuine worry. I hope this helps the next person in the same shoes. If your dealing with terminal cancer like I am, stay away, you've only got so much time to find some help with palliative, and this is not it. "well, you seem to be doing pretty good, so if you need anything else, give us a call" -- quote from palliative care doctor when I called to cancel care. lol, I'm literally dying of cancer, what a slap in the face, thanks! p.s. your response to my review gives a phone number that goes to your main office? is there anyone in particular I should talk to or, just anyone?

Hello, just about two years ago, I met with Greg Inockson and received my first CPAP. Greg was great, explained everything clearly, fitted and adjusted my equipment perfectly. Greg encouraged me to keep using the CPAP for several months. That encouragement got me over the initial rough spots. Now most of my overall scores are above 90%. Partners in Home Care have worked with ResMed to make sure I get my replacement supplies on time. The bottom line is that my CPAP has improved my quality of life beyond measure and that is because the equipment fit and worked right. Mostly, you showed me you cared. -With Gratitude - Nick Kaufman

These guys have taken such great care of my dad over the last few years. Every nurse, PT and OT that is sent to the house is always incredibly nice, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are always willing to work with any complications or request that we have come up due to my dad’s complicated health issues. Mike, who was my dad’s nurse for a long time, was absolutely wonderful.
