My 92 year old Mother has been at this facility for well over a year now and likes it very much. Comfort, safety, appropriate rules, courtesy and common consideration here runs a tight ship. Thanks to the manager and a top staff member who has been here for about 28 years. I often see them juggling sales activities while putting out small fires with some resident "soap opera" situations. They are always willing to help out the residents, family's and fellow employees. They go above and beyond there duties on most days. For example, I remember a kitchen staff member not showing up for work and the top manager working very hard to take their place and pick up the slack. I have been impressed with the food, synergy and friendliness of the staff (from top to bottom). Rich S.
