We had a great experience visiting our family member this afternoon. The reception staff - both when we arrived and when we left - were very nice, engaging and helpful. We made sure to compliment them both. There were 5 of us visiting and they offered us the library room so we could be more comfortable. The facility was very clean and our uncle is getting excellent care. They have my vote - keep up the good work.

As a visitor , I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. The Rec Director answered my questions & called the Social Worker to guide me with general questions, to enable patient comfort. These were topics covering the length of the visit, appropriateness of items for the patient & checking with Nurse Crystal if a food item , was within the allowed diet. As a first time visitor, I was immediately at ease. Walking down the hall, the staff was quietly attending to patients. Entering the room, it was spotless & comfortable. The room had well appointed beds & a home atmosphere. The matching of roommates based on age & socialization skills -very good. My first visit was brief. Before leaving the unit , thanked the nurse Crystal. The social worker & rec director were busy attending to others. They took a moment to observe & see that I was ok. I did share a possible suggestion about FCC an activity the patient might enjoy. Leaving I can only say that I left peaceful, knowing the patient I visited, was in the best possible hands.

My father is 94 years old and had taken a fall fortunately nothing broken. My father for the last 3 years goes to physical therapy 2 or 3 times a week so he doesn't lose his ability to walk. End of May my father passed out and fell in the bathroom injuring his left hip. He always had issues with his right leg, and now with injury to left side he couldn't walk. In less than a month the people at Parkview were able to get my father up and walking again. The physical therapy department is 2nd to none, my father is walking better than he has in a year. Within days they had my father walking over 150 feet at a time. Also the nurses and aides were always caring, professional, and I slept very well at night knowing he was in there care. The entire staff is always upbeat and friendly. My father had No complaints. Also want to thank the concierge Alex and the social worker Sharon for making everything so easy for us. They do an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Parkview to anyone. Recently my mother-in-law ended up in Daleview rehab and her experience was the complete opposite of what we encountered at Parkview. Thank you to all the amazing people that work there, they were all 1st class. Even the meals were good

The therapy here is great. They have helped me build my stamina. I feel myself getting much stronger. I have no complaints. Only good things to speak about Parkview. The food here is surprisingly great especially The mushrooms and beef stroganoff from yesterday. I would recommend Parkview

My brother came to Parkview for rehab due to a hip fracture. He also has other issues that needed close attention. While the Parkview is an older facility, it is clean , safe, and maintained. The staff was helpful and attentive. The Physical Therapists closely monitored his progress and got him walking. The nursing staff took good care of his personal needs. The Drs. and Mental Health staff made sure he was stabilized with his medications. I was kept informed about his care. Overall, he was safe and well taken care of. He liked all the people he interacted with every day. I found the women and men who work there, no matter what position they have, are friendly, kind and caring.
