Unprofessional Agency. Lack of communication and bad attitudes from the coordinators. If you’re looking for work, don’t come here. They will wait until you reached the patient home to tell you services are no longer needed, the patient is unaware as well. They shorten my paycheck and didn’t call me, I had to call to fix this issue. Rarely have cases to give and don’t inform you of ALL details of the patient’s case.

I’ve been a patient with this agency for over 8 years. During that time, I worked with three home aides who each stayed with me for about 2.5 to 3 years, and the care was good. However, for the past two years, the experience has gone downhill. The current coordinator has been unprofessional toward both patients and management, and the level of care has declined significantly. When I reached out for help, the supervisor sided with the coordinator instead of listening to patients’ concerns. Even in a patient’s weakest moments, the way situations are handled is unacceptable — and it’s exactly how agencies like this get a bad name. After 8 years with them, there was one day when I truly needed medical attention. I told my aide I needed help, and she told me, “I don’t do hospitals.” When I informed the coordinator, Crystal, she simply said she would “send someone new tomorrow.” When a patient is asking for medical help, responding with “tomorrow” shows a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and urgency.

Do NOT hire this agency to care for your loved one. They are the worst agency out there. Their customer service is horrific. They provide an extension to reach a specific contact and they never answer the phone nor do they call you back when a message is left. They constantly change their aids and they don’t advise you ahead of time of the change. If you have a loved one that needs a little more attention, they try to change the service being provided to an hourly rate of pay which will cost the patient thousands of dollars. This company is looking to take your money and does not provide care for the patient. Plus the under pay their aids. BEWARE, don’t have them care for your loved ones.
