My visit with my Ministering Sister was a very good in person visit. I was excited to see her and her roommate just as they were to see me. It was there dinner time so I bided them good evening and left them both ready for the desert that was to follow I had a good brief visit at Parkside Health and Rehabilitation. Hopefully I will visit again soon with My 2 special ladies.

The care is terrible. Do not put your loved one in this place. My brother was diagnosed with stage four lung and brain cancer thought Tylenol was sufficient for his pain. I told him they were crazy to call the doctor and get him something stronger she came back and said the best they could do was 800 mg of ibuprofen. The nurse never called the doctor to get him something stronger. I argued with them the day before that something was going on with his oxygen machine because it kept beeping and beeping. They tried to tell me he was getting oxygen even pulled the tube off, and there was no air blowing out of it took her over two hours to try to find another machine. I went up to the nurses' station to find out where the nurse was, she told me she couldn't find a machine, so she would go take it from another patient’s room. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down andthe license needs to be taken away. The next day he died. He suffered during the six days he was there.

My uncle is being there for two weeks. Laundry is not done on time last visit. He was wearing woman’s pants Completely wet he was not change all morning after lunch I asked for help for him to be changed. He has diarrhea nonstop called the nurse station. No one answer. I’ll go there myself three people on the phone. The alarm from all the rooms were ringing and nobody was moving I asked for help again two weeks and laundry is not being done. They only took half of his laundry. The other half was still dirtyin his closet. I have to bring Home to be washed he’s already have ulcers all over low back I am not happy with this place

My family member has been in rehab for a few months and they have received very little rehab. They only give 30 minutes of rehab during weekdays only, the 30 minutes include the time it takes to getting them out of bed and taking them to the rehab gym and returning back to the bed. They seem to be very short handed, causing the staff to not be available when the patients need them. A lot of staff is nice and friendly, which is the only positive thing I can say about this place. The entrance to the rehab is nasty, the smoking section is right at the entrance, this means you have to walk through the smoke and stale cigarette smell to enter the building. Funny thing is there is a "no smoking beyond this sign " posted just before the entrance.

I was there for a visit with my good friend Don. He is happy with everything so I am happy with everything. He says the staff takes very good care of him and he likes the food. He is also happy with the physical therapy. I'm happy and thankful for everyone that takes care of Don. Keep up the great work 😁
