The staff were unhelpful and didn't seem to care. My mother was in the assisted living facility and one day she went missing after walking off their facility. One of the staff started they saw her walk away but didn't do anything. When we arrived an hour later to pick her up. We had to call police and start the search. In all my dealings with them they only seem interested in the money. I will say the kitchen staff and front desk staff are amazing. They remember the residents' names and interact with them.

One year ago, we moved my mother from Park Place to Moran Vista on the south hill. The difference is 100%. The conditions at park place were absolutely deplorable! The staff was shorthanded and therefore very unavailable. Most times they did not even respond when my mom needed them. Park place was dirty and they charged my mom for house cleaning for four months, even though they did not provide it. They even left poop in the shower. So very unsanitary! Moran Vista, on the other hand is clean and responsive. The staff is caring and I highly recommend them. If you want your loved ones to receive the care they truly deserve and are paying for, don’t put your loved ones at Park Place.
