Very bad place. Sub standard care. Leave patients in wet diapers. Dont come to help. Call light not working, so told patient to use phone if needed help. Patient is 86 y/o!. Other equipment not working properly. Patients do not get to choose food. If they don't want meal provided they can order a snack instead. No special diet provisions. Removed my family member after just 2 days.
