The tour was great, all our questions were answered, and they were very accommodating to give us a good move in date so we can prepare without being rushed. Looking forward to becomming community members.

The basement where you have craft room and ‘pool’ is dark, dank and unappealing. It’s badly lit and the whole floor needs a paint job, new flooring and overall refreshing. The highlight, if there is one, is the resident run second had store. It’s well lit, organized and the ladies who run it are charming. Put them in charge of redoing the lower level!

Never leaving my family here again!!! Rats roaches and dangerous living conditions! You can’t go to any floor without seeing hundreds of roaches. Upper management constantly claims they just had exterminators come in……. Rats hide in messy dirty unkept floors. How can they be a luxury living community when they have a constant decline of caregivers, cooks, maintenance, drivers, and much more! They are posting flyers for residents to DONATE MORE MONEY TOWARD STAFF. Residents and their families voice concerns but get shut down by the corrupt management. ED Joy fired mangers and workers just to hire people she’s friends with from previous jobs. Families have caught her drinking during happy hour on the clock with residents. Where is the professionalism?

The Park Lane is the best Senior Living Facility! If you are seeking residents for yourself or a family member, you must tour here. They have amazing restaurants, daily activities, group outings, happy hours and a therapy dog! The Directors really take pride in making the atmosphere for their residents a place where they truly want to live. They also have different levels of care giving depending on what your wants and needs may be. Truly a delightful place like no other. Also an ocean view!!! I recently dined with a WWII Vet at their restaurant (so many interesting people with history and knowledge you can't get from a book). I was also fortunate to tour with them at the KSBW news station!
