Both my husband and myself have been patients at Westland House. Not only is the facility beautiful, but the nurses, assistants, PT, OT and RT staff are all amazing. Who else is amazing, is the chef! The meals are wonderful and work well to address your food likes and dislikes. Great variety. Breakfast, main meal of the day is lunch, then soup and salad, or soup and sandwich for dinner, sometimes just a wonderful spinach salad or chef's salad...loved it and changed the way we now eat at home. Five star all the way!

I personally never stayed there but my mother has and she likes it! They take care of her needs and she does therapy there so it’s a good place for healing as well as a hospice situation.

I highly recommend Westland House. They provided outstanding service to my Dad, who recently passed away. The entire staff was very attentive and caring. They knew exactly what to do to make him as comfortable as possible. The way they interacted with us in my Dad's last few days was very thoughtful and professional. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you to everyone there who helped care for my Dad.

I can't say much for this place. My dad was supposed to return home after surgery but due to medicine reactions he was sent to Westland house instead. He wasn't happy with any of the food which resulted in a large weight loss in 2 weeks. Also resulting in a slower recovery. Ten days, no shower, really. A nurse was also not very pleasant. I guess yelling at sick or recovering patients is her thing. No thanks.

I give Westland House the highest rating. The facility is beautiful and luxurious, my room was large with 3 big windows, a glass door and a private balcony. The care is superb. The nursing staff is attentive, friendly and skilled. The physical and occupational therapists are top-notch. And the food was surprisingly good. I had a wonderful experience being there and felt my recovery was excellent due to all the great care I received.
