Our family had a wonderful experience with Cypress Ridge Care Center. From the moment we started the admission process, everyone was welcoming, compassionate, and helpful. Making decisions about a loved one’s care can be stressful, but the staff made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. A special thank you to Joanna in Admissions. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the transition much easier for our family. Her compassion and professionalism truly stood out. The staff genuinely care about the residents, and it shows in the way they treat both residents and their families. We are grateful for the care and support our loved one has received. Thank you, Cypress Ridge Care Center, for all that you do!

100% recommend this facility if you need any rehab needs, antibiotics needs. All staff from physical therapy, kitchen, housekeepers, cnas, nurses, and management work as a team to ensure you are safe and cared for. Had a family member who needed extended care and around the clock IV antibiotics and always met my needs. Nice cleaned facility. Consider cypress ridge if you need further care from the professionals.

Cypress ridge has an amazing quality of care, views & respect. My grandpa was a resident/patient here November- December, the small gatherings they did for them during the holidays were very heartwarming. My loved one felt very loved - cared for. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a rehab place. Thank you social services and admissions for all the support you provided my family. 🤍

I have been here since before Xmas 2025 I have been doing therapy Monday- Friday, therapist are very good, they push us more then what we would normally do but that's great, very appreciate, I have improved a lot since then mentally and physically. Nurses, are good. Don't have much request for them but when I do they're on it 24/7. My needs are deffiently being meant. Warmer showers would be highly appreciated but as of all people are really nice here including management always on the floor making sure we all feel loved. Would recommend this place. Nice view in my room as well. They have a purpose to get you back moving as quick as possible & I love that!!! ❤️
