I truly have never witnessed such a great group of rehab therapists who add fun and excitement to doing rehab therapy! You walk in and are greeted with positive energy! The coordination upon discharge from the social workers, Francis, Arlene Romeo and Regine are so on point. The smooth transition from this acute setting to home has always been exemplary! Kudos to these healthcare heroes. Thanks for what you do for your patients.🙏🏼

My mom recently stayed at Palo Alto Post Acute, and our experience was very positive. The doctors, nurses, CNAs, physical therapists, social workers, and administrators were all wonderful and provided great care. I especially want to recognize Shihong Li, who was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making sure my mom’s medical needs were taken care of. Her support meant a lot to our family. I also want to give a special thank you to Will, who was my mom’s favorite. He was so kind and attentive, and he took excellent care of her.

Palo Alto Post Acute provided excellent care for my grandmother. The facility was always clean and well-maintained, and the staff was professional, kind, and attentive. The physical therapy team did a great job supporting her recovery. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Palo Alto Post Acute to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

Our experience at Palo Alto Post Acute was truly wonderful, and we are incredibly grateful for the care our loved one received. From the start, it was clear that the team works together with compassion, professionalism, and genuine dedication to their patients. Robert, the Nurse Supervisor, stood out for his leadership and attentiveness. He was always approachable, took time to answer our questions, and made sure our loved one’s care needs were consistently met. Esteban, the Housekeeping Director, ensured the facility was well run and welcoming, and it showed in the cleanliness and overall organization of the building. Nick, the Registered Dietitian, was thoughtful and responsive to dietary needs, making sure meals were appropriate and enjoyable. We also want to give special thanks to Rocio, the CNA, whose kindness and patience made a huge difference in our loved one’s day to day comfort. The nursing and therapy teams communicated clearly with our family, and we always felt informed and reassured. Most importantly, our loved one felt respected, safe, and genuinely cared for throughout their stay. We would highly recommend Palo Alto Post Acute to anyone looking for quality post-acute or rehabilitation care.

Excellent Care and Compassionate Staff My family and I are extremely grateful for the care our loved one received at Palo Alto Post Acute. The nurses, social workers, CNAs, and therapy team were professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. They kept us updated regularly and made sure our family member felt comfortable and respected. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming — you can tell the staff truly care about their residents. Special thanks to Francis (Social Worker) for going above and beyond every day.
