I had a truly wonderful experience at Palo Alto Commons. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facility is spotless and very well maintained, and you can really see the care and attention that goes into the community. They also offer convenient valet and underground parking, which made the visit even easier and stress-free. What stood out most to me is how much the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Every interaction felt kind and respectful, and you can tell the residents are truly valued and well taken care of. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and inviting. I would highly recommend Palo Alto Commons to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and well-run senior living community.

As a hospice RN case manager, I regularly visit Palo Alto Commons and have the opportunity to work closely with the team there. I have consistently been impressed by the compassion and professionalism of everyone, from the caregivers to the leadership and management team. The staff treat their residents, visitors, and one another with dignity, respect and kindness. The welcoming and supportive environment is evident every time I visit. They work together to create a community where people feel valued and cared for. As an outside healthcare provider, I genuinely feel like part of their community. It's always a pleasure collaborating with a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care and treating everyone with compassion.
