I recently moved my father into the Palms, and it has been a great experience and the facility is wonderful. All of the staff are very friendly, and the facility has lot's of natural lighting, is very clean and modern, and has an active atmosphere. On my father's move in day, the general manager, nurse, and recreation manager all made time to personally introduce themselves, and the team had prepared a welcome basket as well, which was a nice touch.

This is a really beautiful community for older people. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I participated in the Holiday bazaar as a vendor and enjoyed my time there. It was organized very well and was wonderful interacting with so many of the residents. It was truly a happy day. I even got some of my own shopping down because of the variety of venders that were put into place. Would definitely do it again this year.

Activity coordinator Laura Perez is an amazing event coordinator who is always consistently managing to plan amazing events for the residents which helps keep them engaged and happy. Her dedication to her work truly shows as everyone is always involved, active, and joyful. She always has a bright smile on her face and her positive energy reflects as it uplifts everyone else around her. Her kindness, creativity, and commitment make her an invaluable part of the team and a joy to be around.

We recently moved our parents to the Palms. It has been a great transition. All staff members are helpful especially Denise. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. She has been able to answer our questions in a timely manner. We truly appreciate all the staff members, their dedication and kindness. We know that our parents are being well cared for during their stay. The food is also very good.
