This place is a step above the others. It has really changed. They have supervisors that are really involved. I saw the supervisor Jennifer putting out fires left and right. She was helping her CNA when call lights when. She was solving everyone's problems and called everyone by name as they passed her in the lobby. It really made it feel like your are more than just a room number. The therapy is top notch. While my mother was there, she couldnt walk but with multiple people coming to do rehab throughout the day, she was walking in a week. Food is excellent!! Social service Maggie and Maia really know how to help and are always so friend. There are CNAs like Lulu that really care. The head administration girls always to seem grouchy and talking down to their staff but workers like RN Jennifer, LvN Patrick and Ruth and CNAs like Jose and LuLu and the great therapy make up for it. There is a lot of demanding family yelling at staff and one guy in a golf hat that always yells at the staff, yet they are so focused and cheery. It helps for a faster recovery!! This place is hands down better than some of the other places in the area.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am about the care I received here. The staff is top notch! You can truly feel how much the staff love what they do. All these negative reviews must be fake because this place is by far the best in the area. The place is clean and smells nice I've been at Rancho Mirage rehab and it doesn't come close to here. Thank you to the social worker gals that were always so.friendly with me Maya and Maggie God bless you too! And Patricia my charge nurse was amazing. I'm so grateful for everything you guys did for me.

I have been a resident here for 6 months now and all I can say is that this is the best place in Palm Springs. The staff is caring and patient they soon become family. I have received great care and service. The girls Maggie and Maya in social services are sweethearts and make sure I have everything I need as a long term resident. I am grateful and lucky to have found a home here at palm springs Healthcare.
