I really like the attention that my brother received from the nurses. I also appreciate the staff listening to me when I asked for assistance for the other patient there that needed help getting up. The facility is clean and will organized. Everyone was friendly attentive and professional.

With all due respect of those who try to care for the elderly this place is short on presence staff and compassion. My dear friend has been there for 18 days now and is completely drugged out so no one needs to be present . Tonight there were two elderly woman yelling/crying to have their diapers changed for 1/2 hour the halls were empty no staff to be seen. I went to the front desk to ask who was there to help those woman and was confronted by a BIG man questioning my need to help. Threatening me to mind my own business. Yet my friend as well as her roommate were also being neglected.if you Love your person don’t send them to this hell hole to die…….

I was a rehab patient at California Nursing & Rehab Center for 17 days in March 2026. All (CNA's, Nurses, Therapists, Doctors, Office Staff) were professional, caring, knowledgeable, and just outstanding. I understand that new management took over about a year ago, and they've made great improvements from what it used to be. I am grateful to everyone who helped me when I was recovering from quadruple heart bypass surgery.

This facility needs to get more credit than 3.9 stars. The staff was amazing! Very nice and caring, and the place is nice and clean. My mother was at the facility for over 2 weeks and we were so pleased with the service we got. Starting with the nurses director, Sian, the nurses, too many to mention, to the CNA's, to the cleaning ladies, and to the great therapists. Such wonderful people. Thank you very much for such great service!

My aunt stayed here for about a month or so. During this time, I observed excellent leadership and great nursing care. Physical therapist was awesome!. The female doctor was awesome too! The team did wonders for my aunt who is now able to walk again. She is so much better than when she was admitted. She was discharged yesterday and now living in the comfort of her own home. We are forever grateful to the healthcare team and the excellent care they delivered on a daily basis. Kudos to leadership! You run right ship, so to speak!
