I would like to thank the entire Pacific Gardens team for their hospitality and support for getting me back on my feet and returning home safely. Big shoutout to my CNA Karin and my LVN John. I would also like to thank Bryce my physical therapist and Patty my Occupational Therapist. The nursing facility was clean and well maintained by house keeper Minerva, thank you Nancy for everything your facility will always be remembered and recommended.

This is my second experience at Pacific Gardens in Fresno, and while I received wonderful care from everyone, I especially want to commend my top CNA, Martha. She always gives excellent care to all her patients, completing not only basic nursing and comfort care. She also goes above and beyond to make us comfortable, and teaches me useful tips to help me be more independent. Martha has a cheerful, positive person and is a top performing CNA at Station 1. Thank you!

After spending a week at CMRC, my mother was transferred to Pacific Gardens which quickly became her Happy Place to be for her recovery. PG is super clean, safe and well staffed. You can immediately sense the pleasant and calm environment and positive vibes amongst the staff and patients. Special thanks and kudos for going out of their way in caring for my mother to Nancy, Leah, Mallely, MARTHA, Eric, Andy, Cheka, Joseph, Daijit, Aman, Renee, Victoria and John to name a few. I highly recommend Pacific Gardens. My mother does, as well.

CNA Vilpal was kind, considerate, respectful, and fun to be with. I'm going to miss Vilpal. Activities assistants were respectful and made my stay here more fun. CNA Daisy encouraged my independence. That was very helpful. The physical therapists were also very helpful to me by encouraging me to walk and stand with my walker. The occupational therapists did a good job by strengthening my ankles and made my shoulders stronger.

My MIL was rehabbing here for 6 weeks in January and Feb. with some fairly complex medical needs and our family was very pleased with her care. The CNA’s are hard working and so caring. Neetu, Sindy , and Kiran were amazing. Harpret our RN was always available and helped us with whatever we needed. Jennifer in scheduling was our conduit to Kaiser and she went above and beyond with scheduling appointments. And I can’t forget to mention Minerva the queen of housekeeping! Always cheerful, always working! The food is really good too! There were only a couple of times it was, meh. Skilled nursing facilities are usually not a place you want your loved one to be but Pacific Gardens exceeded our expectations for sure.
