I made an appointment for 02/05/26 because I been concerned about my heath for months hoping they’ll grab me in asap. When I arrived to see a doctor they moved my appointment to 05/07/26 that’s crazy to me they don’t care. I’m so so disappointed ☹️ no communication, no texts , no calls.. woww.

Terrible with communication. Appointments being pushed 3 months out with no call, text, email or any type of notification about changes. Don't waste your time here.

25 minutes after appt time to be seen.. We were the only patients in the waiting room. I know sometimes appointments get pushed back. So I gave Grace. But until I spoke up I have a feeling we were forgotten about.. Not impressed.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and was told today that I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was 5 minutes late. I am beyond perplexed at being treated like this. You can’t even talk to a normal person anymore since they were bought out. It’s all through a call center. I will be looking for a new doctor after today it’s just very sad they have lost that down home touch they used to have .

Switched to this PCP as it was closer to home. First visit was great, all staff were friendly and very helpful. Then it all went down hill. Every time I tried to call to see if test results came in or with a medication question there was no answer and never got a response to my voicemails. Then I get call to discuss a test result that I already got at a office visit weeks before. I had an order put in to a medical equipment supply office from them (3 weeks after my visit that I was told that it was being submitted), but they never signed and dated the order so it couldn't be filled. The supply office has left messages with Oxford Medical 3 different times and still has not contacted them back. Currently in the process of switching to another PCP. I would not recommend this practice to any one.
