I can't say enough good things about this facility! Kim was amazing, patient, and understanding during the whole process of getting my mother in law from the hospital to the facility. Since she has been there, all of the staff has been friendly, the facility always seems to be clean, and anything she has needed/requested the staff has been quick to get for her.

My goodness where do I start… the cleanliness is non existent. My dad’s room was disgusting, smelled like urine. My dad was laying low to ground with blood stain sheets. I took plenty of pictures to file a complaint, I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay there. So thankful to get my dad out of there and home where he can be properly taken care of.

This clear view location took care of my father for a month while he was being rehabbed after surgery. When he was clear to come home, the social worker cause many different problems. She also cause problems with me, telling lie to my brother that I wouldn’t be corporate with her and cause problems after being released with my father. This place needs to train staff or even their social worker how to handle people the right way. As for the nurses and CNA’s they was great.

excellent staff! My grandma always raved about how the staff treated her with kindness. Nurses are friendly and the administrators are great! While she did not like being away from home they made that place feel like a second home. I loved hearing about all the fun activities they do for their residents 1000/10 facility
